I can walk 500 miles...

Taz and Garry went on a 50 miler this year for scout camp. Taz was excited as he missed the last one by a month since he was only 11 at the time.  They hiked the Great Western Trail starting near Tropic Utah and finished near Boarder Utah.  The had a little hiccup with rain and ended up in a motel one night, but other than that they had a great time. 

Taz's favorite part was star gazing with Brother DeGraw.  He said it was so awesome. He was hesitant to go claiming he hated hiking but came home realizing that hiking is now a thing he enjoys.  He was very helpful and always the first one to reach the destination and then would drop off his pack and go back and help the other boys.
