Pendleton, my old stomping ground

We took a day trip over to Pendleton. Cynjyn was pretty adamant about wanting to go there. We decided to do breakfast at Up With Donuts and enjoy the peanut butter butterfly that's as big as Cynjyn's face (She likes to point that out!) Then we went to the Underground Tours. It had been years since we'd done it and we wanted Kaela to experience it.

That is always a fun tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Then it was off to lunch at Mazatlan for their fajitas.  Then we drove to all our old houses and ended up at Mc Kay Creek park where the girls played around a bit on the playground.

All too soon, our road trip was over and it was time to head back to Vegas.
We headed to Boise for our final weekend. We were able to do an Escape room, just us girls. That was way more fun than the first one and we made it out! It was hard though.

We spent a day at Big Al's bowling and eating. We were trying to do something fun with the boys before we left.

We walked around the mall and ended up in a grassy area enjoying the day before heading off to Annalyn's dance recital.

We had fun with a Japanese soda and candy.

We were able to attend her recital our last night there. She stole the show and was hilarious as she spent a lot of time trying to be center stage and noticed. She did a beautiful job though!

On our drive home we fittingly passed a beautiful rainbow telling us it had all been well and worth it!
